Holiday at Home

holiday at home logo Holiday at Home is an annual event for Seniors that has been running for about 20 years.
Each year we have about 40 guests over four days, some of whom are no longer able to get away for a real holiday.

We take a theme, often a country or a type of journey e.g. a cruise or railway journey to various places and we decorate our church premises to suit the theme. This year our theme is ‘An Alpine Adventure.’ Our holiday at home week starts the week beginning Monday 3 August 2026.

Each day we have lunch together and there are plenty of cakes and lots of tea. There is also a full programme of crafts and entertainment.
This event is open to any Seniors from the church and the local community in Selsdon

A church is primarily about people, and we are a friendly group of people who love God and live in Selsdon and nearby.

We have a church building on Addington Road, Selsdon. We’d be delighted for you to join us at 10:30am on Sundays either in person or on our live stream YouTube.
