Ladies exercise class!
Thank you to all the ladies who supported and participated in the special exercise class run by Sarah Elbourne last Saturday morning at SBC.
Sarah led us in a very enjoyable class, with exercises for flexibility, heart health, and balance, and involving a degree of concentration, especially for the final dance!
If anyone was unable to join us on Saturday, but would be interested in taking part in another class, please let me know.
