Part of the SBC Year of Prayer
Our adult sessions were led by Rev Roy Searle. Roy is currently Director of the Northumbria Community.
He is a Middlesbrough FC fan, and speaks across the UK on Spiritual Direction and Celtic & Monastic Spirituality.
Our children’s sessions were led by Rev Sarah Harrison, who is the minister at St Budeaux Baptist Church in Plymouth.
Before entering ministry Sarah gained a degree in Sports Science and worked as a Education Welfare Officer in Hillingdon.
Our youth sessions were be led by our very own Ro King and his youth team.
SPACE & PLACE
All the sessions took place at our Addington Road site. We had a mixture of lighthearted entertainment and insighful sessions on the nature of prayer
The Prayer Room and the Vestibule were set up for prayer and reflection during the weekend.
All meals were served in the Main & Small Halls.
