Many of you will know that Contact organises several outings a year for our clients.
We provide door-
Last year the trips included Bentley Wildfowl and Motor Museum, Eltham Palace and Eastbourne, and our annual Christmas shopping trip to Intu (formerly The Glades) at Bromley, as well as some shorter local trips, such as lunch at McDermott’s, and Woodcote Garden Centre.
This year we are planning to do more local trips to either garden centres, lunch trips or afternoon teas to make full use of our minibus.
We always have wheelchair users on our trips and really need more wheelchair pushers, although a few of our clients just need an arm for support and confidence.
Over the years we have had excellent feedback from our clients to say that theyhave had a good day out and in particular how helpful and friendly our escorts
So if you can assist us with giving our clients an enjoyable day out we would really like to hear from you by phone or email or visit our office Monday to Friday,10am–3pm on the lower ground floor of the Selsdon Community Centre.
