We raised the great sum of £450 and this has been added to the Uganda mission fund. Thank you so much to those who gave monetary gifts, bought and made cakes, etc. or just came and enjoyed relaxing! The amount we raised was fabulous and we thank the Lord for your generosity and pray that He will bless you.

This year as well as auctioning cakes we would like to also auction other creative items. So if you are good at painting why don't you paint us a picture to auction, or if sewing is your thing could you make us something to auction? If you have any other form of creative gift that could be used in an item to be auctioned, then please do get in contact with Rob and Jo Lines. We have given you plenty of time to start your creation, though do let us know your plans. Also, we need three people to make us a delicious cake to auction. If you are a budding cake expert then again speak to Rob and Jo. (020 8657 7378)
SBC DIRECTORY 2015: The new Directory is now available. Please collect your NAMED copy from the foyer. Old copies should be destroyed responsibly, if you would to leave copies in the Church Office, we will shred for you.
HOME MISSION STAMP COLLECTION: Many thanks for your superb donations of stamps. Dinky Toys and jewellery towards funds for Home Mission. Last Year in excess of £6000 was raised towards projects and other support for smaller Baptist churches just by these collections. Since December we have collected several bags to be forwarded. Please keep up the good work by leaving smaller packets in the red box on the Mission Table or by handing them straight to me. If you have accumulated a large quantity it would be greatly appreciated if you could separate the UK stamps from the overseas ones as the ordinary UK stamps are sold by weight. Most of the others, including UK commemorative stamps are sold to dealers. Any stamp albums should be left complete if possible as they are easier to sort. Well done for all your efforts. Kay Holman.
