Youth Work - Ages 11 -18
SBC youth ministry seeks to engage young people with God's love.
- We have dedicated Youth room, with games, pool table, TV, DVD, table football, and of course comfy chairs. Ideal to chill out at the end of church.
- Rock Solid is a high energy, fast moving club for 11-
14 year olds, which explores, from a Christian perspective, life issues relevant to young people. - Gravity is a dynamic and upfront programme for young people aged 14+, which includes
challenging lifestyle teaching, chill-
out space, creative expression in worship, and cell groups. We also believe in partnership with other churches in our mission to push out the gospel message. - Drama Youth Group is the all youth age group bringing characters in the bible to life by acting them out
- Youth study group called HigherDefinition , 7.45 -
9 pm at Ro and Mel’s, 153 Addington Road. Open to all in Rock Solid and Gravity groups. - Ignite Cafe Style Service led by Ro King and the young people -
4th Sunday in the month, 6 30 pm. - ETC Cafe -
a monthly gig for the the youth band - come and enjoy the music!

2nd July - This year’s youth residential will be on 2 -
The trip is open to all those who are connected to the church youth groups in Rock Solid and Gravity.
This Christian Centre has plenty of accommodation for our needs: a brilliant adventure assault course, a Land Rover safari and raft building! The weekend will consist of similar activities from previous residentials, plus the normal Christian teaching, worship, sports, great food and the talent night! Speak to Roland King for further information on this exciting trip!!
